    This course has 2 levels available, with one aimed at staff and managers and the other at strategic leaders. See 'which level do I need', for more information.

      This course will enable you to improve your own wellbeing and resilience, and that of others.


      Learning outcomes

      By the end of the course you will be able to:

      • Explain why it is essential for you to value and focus on Wellbeing and resilience
      • Identify what factors impact resilience and wellbeing
      • Plan to take practical steps to improve resilience and wellbeing

        This course will enable you to improve the culture of wellbeing and resilience for your service.

        Learning outcomes

        By the end of the course you will be able to

        • Take into account the organisational factors that are linked to resilience and wellbeing and the impact of this on performance
        • Apply practical tools to support people to stay well in your own work context
        • Prepare practical steps you can take to improve the focus on resilience and wellbeing in your organisational culture
