    This course will enhance your coaching skills and approach, in order to engage and empower the workforce.

    There are 2 levels available, with one aimed at those new to coaching and the other at those with some coaching experience. 

    • Introduction to coaching skills

      Learning outcomes

      By the end of the course, you will be able to:

      • identify the benefits of using a coaching approach in order to maximise potential
      • decide when coaching is the most appropriate approach to use
      • apply basic communication and coaching models and techniques
      • practise practical skills to hold effective developmental conversations.

      Who can attend?

      Anyone who is new to coaching and has the opportunity to coach as part of their role including:

      • Managers
      • Project managers
      • Coaches, mentors or tutors
      • Senior managers.

        • decide whether to coach, direct, mentor, or delegate in a given situation
        • develop your existing coaching approach to maximise the impact of your day to day communication (with your team, stakeholders and partners)
        • apply a diverse range of coaching skills and techniques in order to hold powerful conversations.

        Those with some previous coaching experience including:

        • Line managers.
        • Project managers.
        • Coaches, mentors or tutors.
        • Senior managers.
