    Attending this course will equip managers with an awareness of the emotions that teams will experience when encountering the changes required to deliver business outcomes. It will then provide tools and techniques which show understanding of the feelings whilst embedding the changes.

      To enable managers to effectively and consistently lead their teams through times of continual change.

      On this half day course you will learn how to assess the way change is affecting your team and techniques on how to embed new initiatives in a proactive way and motivational way.


      Learning outcomes

      By the end of the course you will be able to:

      1. Manage relationships effectively and communicate in order to motivate others to deliver change.
      2. Enable your team to accept and embed change in order to achieve the outcome.
      3. Describe the future state you are aiming for.
