Overview
Working in partnership with others requires us to lead across
boundaries and create effective collaborative partnerships, share control of
the problem or solution, apply varied leadership styles, and create
transformational relationships rather than traditional transactional
communications.
This course will enhance your ability to collaborate with
partners and stakeholders in order to improve outcomes for residents.
There are 2 levels available, with one aimed at staff and managers and the other at strategic leaders. See 'which level do I need', for more information.
