Meeting as a team

High performing teams have regular conversations to ensure everyone is focused on the same outcome.

Throughout the year:

  • Be interested in what others in the team are doing
  • Talk about progress and how you are working together as a team.
  • Reflect on what is working well, what you are most proud of and where there are challenges. What have you learnt to strength future performance?
  • What support do you need from one another?
